3. No Warranty
3.1. Kiibzz does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
3.2. Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the Platform is done at the user’s own risk, and users are solely responsible for any damage to their systems or loss of data.

4. Risk Assumption and User Responsibility

7. Entire Agreement and Severability
7.1. This Disclaimer, together with our Terms and Conditions, Liability Waiver, and User Agreement, constitutes the entire agreement between you and Kiibzz regarding your use of the Platform.
7.2. If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be invalid or unenforceable under any applicable law, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the remaining provisions, which will remain in full force and effect.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
