Once a course is purchased, access is granted instantly, and it becomes impossible to verify whether the content has been used. For this reason, we do not offer refunds based on change of mind, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction after access is granted.
However, in rare and specific cases where technical issues on our end prevent access to your purchased course — such as:
A system error that deletes your course,
An account access issue caused by platform malfunction,
Any verified platform error that interrupts normal access,
— our support team may, at Afritele’s sole discretion, offer a partial or full refund in the form of store credit. This credit may be used to repurchase the course or apply toward another product on the platform.
If you believe you qualify for a refund under these exceptional circumstances, please contact our support team within 7 days of the issue occurring. Be prepared to provide evidence (e.g., screenshots or error messages) so we can investigate and resolve the issue quickly.
Afritele reserves the right to deny any refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
