We understand that sometimes you may need to retake the AfriTele exam. Due to our system rules, each exam purchase must be linked to a unique account. Please read the options below carefully and choose the one that applies to you:
If you want to reuse your same email address, follow these steps:
Scroll to the footer of the homepage.
Click on “Delete My Account.”
Confirm deletion — this will remove all user data from our system.
Visit the website again.
Sign up using your same email address.
Purchase the exam again.
Begin your exam.
Important: You do not need to repurchase the course. The course does not affect your certificate — only the exam does.
If you’d prefer to keep your current account for any reason, you can still retake the exam:
Open the AfriTele website.
Sign up using a different email address.
Purchase the exam in your new account.
Start your exam.
Your original account and its data will remain untouched.
If you mistakenly bought the exam again using the same account, it won’t show on your dashboard. Here’s what to do:
Find both of your payment confirmation emails from PayFast.
Take screenshots of each email — make sure the reference numbers are clearly visible.
Email the screenshots to [email protected].
Once verified, you’ll receive a pre-payment code that allows you to retake the exam on a new account.
Reminder: You must still sign up with a different email address when creating your new account.
Use the same full name you want to appear on your certificate when creating your new account.
Do not purchase the course again — only the exam is required for certification.
